ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior to Mid Creative Digital Designer at NORD ID, you will be part of a team working on a wide range of digital projects from the quick and short to long-term engagements.

We are looking for an empathic Team player with a can-do attitude, who is used to working agile, and a good understanding of service design.
You will work on 1-3 projects in parallel and are part of a team with other designers / UX and Design Leads (depending on the size of the brief).

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & WORK EXPERIENCES

• Experience of working in a creative and design production capacity in a digital agency environment
• Strong craft skills with Figma
• Strong attention to detail and thorough design practices
• Good design hygiene (file organising, naming, assets shipping)
• Experience of working with or building design systems
• Good sense of UX best practice and user needs
• Motion design for UI (micro animations, transitions) in Principle/After Effects/etc.
• Good communication skills, (English, Swedish) analysing, understanding and delivering on the brief

A plus but not necessary:

• Good prototyping skills
• Understanding of ”Material Design”,” Human interface guidelines” and WCAG
