We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced administrator available in our Te Waipounamu team in our Otautahi- Christchurch office!
Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The opportunity
The Administrator has the responsibility to provide administrative services to support the effective day to day operations of the office within their region.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with regional advisors, Tari Matua / National Office and a range of stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other Administrators and support kaimahi in providing a professional, seamless service to the office
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the Regional Director and Team Leaders as required
- Support the team with security management, emergency procedures and future focused planning.
The Midpoint for this role is $60,818 per annum and the salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills and experience.

We are looking for an intelligent and innovative Kaih pai - Administrator who has:
- Demonstrated administrative support experience, with an ability to set priorities and self-manage work
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft packages especially outlook, word, excel, and power point and sound keyboard skills. Ideally you can type at a minimum of 75 words per minute
- Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written and a demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality services
- Demonstrated ability to work in and as a member of a team
- Are comfortable working in a te ao M ori environment, and comfortable in situations where tikanga is observed.
