Key Account Manager

We are recruiting a Key Account Manager to join our team. This is a remote role that will be based in Sweden and will primarily cover customers in the eastern and western district.

What will you be doing in this role?

As a Key Account Manager at Tunstall, you will have overall responsibility to maintain and develop a long-term strong relationship with new and existing customers. Your goal will also be to develop the customer long-term, both in terms of volume and profitability.

The Ideal candidate:

You will have experience of working in a target-driven sales environment with a strong focus on relationship management across a range of existing customers.

Key skills and experience:

  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Well organized
  • Service-minded with a strong customer focus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Commercial experience of sales, preferably in the public sector.
  • Good presentation and demonstration skills
  • Technical competence and / or training in - IT / telecom products, techniques, concepts, solutions
  • Interest in elderly care and experience of working with municipalities
  • Good knowledge within Swedish LOU (Lagen om offentlig upphandling)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generate sales at a defined number of clients and achieve the company's sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the district and to work to build and maintain a customer-friendly relationship through additional sales and business development.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and staff from other departments to reach goals and find the smoothest process going forward to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Being proactive with customers making sure that they always are offered the lates news and solutions through presentations, demonstrations and in future pilots.
  • Meet deadlines for business deals
