Key Account Manager Radiology

Bayer is market leader within radiology with an innovative portfolio of solutions for contrast enhanced medical imaging. Our customers are public and private hospitals and imaging clinics. As our new Key Account Manager in Radiology, you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with our customers and contributing to sustainable growth. You will, in close collaboration with our Application Specialists, Service Engineers and Marketing team, identify and execute opportunities across the entire Radiology portfolio of contrast media, injectors and software. You will report directly to the Country Cluster Head of Radiology Nordics. The position is field based covering whole Norway.

Major tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive sales and customer engagement across the Radiology portfolio in Norway
  • Develop and execute Key Account Plans to establish and maintain Key Account relationships to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies, customer value creation, and business models within the framework of Bayer Radiology’s strategy.
  • Train and educate customers in safe and efficient use of Bayer’s Radiology products.
  • Prepare sales presentations, contracts, tenders and quotations.
  • Represent Bayer Radiology at relevant congresses and meetings.
  • Participate in special projects such as new product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience of sales and key account management in the med-tech industry, preferably within the field of radiology or interventional cardiology.
  • Able to become fully knowledgeable in all products in the product portfolio and its applications. An educational background as a radiographer, nurse or biomedical engineer is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Norwegian is a must as well as business command of English.
  • Driver’s license is a must.
