We’re looking for a Stock Coordinator / Keyholder & Stock Coordinator to join our team at the Dunedin store.
This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. You’ll be the go-to person for stock management, organisation, and replenishment, while also supporting the team on the shop floor. In some stores, this role will also include keyholding responsibilities, such as opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the Store Manager is away and of course helping our customers find the perfect shoes!

Rostered Hours: 32
Minimum Hours: Monday 8.30-4,Tuesday 9.30-3,Wednesday 9.30-6, Thursday 10.30-6, Friday 8.30-2
Hourly Rate: $25 + bonus potential!
What your day will look like
- Helping our customers to find the perfect shoes!
- Managing deliveries and stock processes with accuracy and care
- Keeping stock organised and replenished to maintain strong product availability
- Supporting the wider team to create a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation, organisation, and stockroom management
- Collaborating with store leadership on stock levels, reporting, and store operations
- Supporting with opening and closing the store and running smooth shifts
- Reaching sales goals and enjoying the rewards that come with them
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Are calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Have experience in stock handling, inventory, retail, or customer service (ideal, but not essential)
- Enjoy working behind the scenes while still being part of the wider team
- Are confident, responsible, and happy to lead by example
- Have a great eye for detail and presentation
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility
