Key Holder/Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service, maintaining store operations, and supporting sales growth. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance shopping experiences
• Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling, and recommending merchandise to meet their needs
• Operate POS systems efficiently for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction processing
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize products to attract customer attention
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliation
• Support inventory management through filing, stock replenishment, and stock organization
• Lead by example in demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with training new team members and support leadership in daily store operations

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word is advantageous
• Experience operating POS systems and computer operation skills are required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and stand for extended periods during shifts
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate team members
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques, upselling strategies, and basic math for cash handling
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members effectively

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
