Keyholder – Cannabis Retail

Queens Cannabis Co. is a fast-growing cannabis retailer in the Lower Mainland with multiple locations and a strong focus on customer experience, product knowledge, and team culture. We’re looking for dependable and motivated Keyholders to join our team across several stores.

This position is ideal for someone with cannabis retail experience who enjoys mentoring others, takes pride in running a smooth shift, and is comfortable taking ownership of store operations when management is not present.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and supported
• Lead the sales floor during shifts, coaching staff and supporting front-of-house operations
• Assist the team in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and promotional goals
• Help resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support management in enforcing company policies, procedures, and cannabis retail regulations
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing the store, cash handling, and shift oversight
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, merchandising, and product organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-focused workplace

What We’re Looking For

• Experience verifying government-issued ID and ensuring compliance with age-restricted sales regulations strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable leading shifts and supporting team members
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong product knowledge or interest in cannabis
• Selling It Right certification (or ability to obtain)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
