Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland provides high-quality provision of care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, which stretches from Ingham in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.

About the position
MMCNQ is seeking a Kindergarten Educator to commence at St Joseph's Kindergarten. Located in the picturesque suburb of North Ward along the strand and within the heart of the St Joseph’s Catholic School campus.

This is a permanent position offering 37.5 hours per week, with a rotating roster: two opening shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm), two closing shifts (9:30am-6:00pm) and a rotating Friday shift which alternates between an open and closing shift.

As a valued Kindergarten Educator, you'll help create a safe and engaging environment for children. Our center focuses on holistic education, giving each child a rich and varied learning experience.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Working towards or completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
