Founded in 2011, we are known for exceptional food, genuine hospitality and developing great people. It's an exciting time for the Group, with San Telmo Brisbane — our first interstate expansion — opening at the end of June 2026.

About the Role

San Telmo Brisbane is bringing the spirit of our iconic Melbourne flagship to Queensland. We are seeking Kitchen Hands to join our opening team and support the kitchen in delivering exceptional food and service.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining cleanliness, organisation and efficiency throughout the kitchen. You'll work closely with our chefs and play an important part in every service.

As a Kitchen Hand at San Telmo Brisbane, your day-to-day will involve:

• Operating dishwashing equipment and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Keeping workstations, storage areas and equipment organised
• Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as required
• Receiving and storing stock correctly
• Supporting the kitchen team during service
• Following food safety and workplace health & safety procedures

Description:
Skills & Experience

• Previous Kitchen Hand experience preferred but not essential
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• High standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Full working rights in Australia
