Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, food handling, and general cleaning duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning
• Handle food items safely and according to health standards
• Support the team in organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient workflow
• Ensure proper storage of food items and dispose of waste appropriately
• Assist with serving food and beverages as needed in hospitality settings
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards
• Support other kitchen staff during busy periods or special events as required

Skills

• Experience or familiarity with restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly
• Basic cooking skills and understanding of food preparation techniques
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required
