Kitchen Porter

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter available to work full days | full time hours between Monday and Saturday (5 day rosteR - approx 40 hours).

*We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays; evening shifts are scheduled in advance and very infrequent.

Key duties

• Washing pots and pans;
• Basic food preparation;
• Glass and dish wash - crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean;
• Rubbish disposal;
• Ensuring the storeroom and cold room remain clean and organised;
• Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised;
• Unloading equipment and food from deliveries;
• Deep cleaning throughout the kitchen, restaurant, toilets & floors.

Requirements:

• Good English necessary;
• Must be available on a full time basis;
• Previous experience in a kitchen and HACCP - necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
