Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist chefs in basic food preparation tasks, ensuring ingredients are readily available.
• Keep workspaces spotless by sweeping, mopping, and ensuring trash disposal.
• Aid in maintaining storage areas and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen porter role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
