Nomo Ramen is looking for a KP/Kitchen assistant to join our growing team. We will also develop and grow your career opportunity.

We are Dublin’s newest ramen and Japanese restaurant serving a unique menu with influences from Japan and the U.S

The Role:

• Full time
• €13.50 per hour + Tips
• General cleaning of kitchen equipment and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy, so everyone works in a high standard environment.
• Assist in preparing dishes and food.
• Awareness of general hygiene and keeping the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness
• Flexible with hours (we will provide you as fixed of a schedule we as we can)

Preferred experience:

• Previous experience working in a Kitchen (not essential)
• General knowledge of food preparation
• General knowledge of HACCP (not required)
