Kitchen Porter

Duties of the Kitchen Porter include but not limited to:

• ·Assist Chef to clean the kitchen daily and with the scheduled deep cleaning.
• Empty and clean waste bins
• Clean grease trap machines
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and all areas
• Pot wash and clean additional equipment as scheduled
• To keep the kitchen fridges and freezers clean
• To accept deliveries by checking off the delivery
• To put deliveries away using stock rotation
• Clean Toilets
• To advise the if there’s any discrepancies with the deliveries
• Ad hoc and Related Duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.55-€15.00 per hour
