Kitchen Porter In Glasnevin

The Washerwoman restaurant in Glasnevin, is now looking for a part-time kitchen porter to join our family team! We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.

The right candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts. Mainly nights and weekends.

Kitchen porter responsibilities include being responsible for the cleanliness of all kitchenware and crockery, managing and upkeeping the wash-up area, organization and cleanliness and liaising with the head chef and general manager on cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain a tidy serving area & deep cleaning kitchen

· Deliver clean kitchenware.

· Deliver clean crockery and cutlery.

· Keep recycling and waste in order.

· Follow all relevant health department regulations.

· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

· Active listening.

· Helping the chefs with food preparation.

· Flexibility to work in shifts.

Must have a valid work permit, and be legally permitted to work in Ireland.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From €14.20 per hour
