Mimosa Bar De Tapas is a vibrant and busy establishment known for delivering exceptional food and service. We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team. This is a key support role that helps maintain the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady flow of clean kitchenware, including dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
• Keep all kitchen areas clean and organised according to hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Assist with general cleaning duties and waste management
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Flexible availability, especially during evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in a kitchen or similar role is preferred
• Basic spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid PPS number and live locally
