Kube Interiors are currently recruiting for an experienced sales\design consultant for one of our Dublin showrooms. Kube are a leading kitchen retailer with 6 retail stores in Ireland and specialise in kitchen, wardrobes and furniture sales.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing sales team with a view to a long-term career in the kitchen industry. As a kitchen sales consultant you will be designing and selling kitchens to residential customers and key trade clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to design functional, stylish kitchens tailored to their needs and preferred spend. This role requires sales\design experience and the ability to guide the client from initial consultation through to final installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, identifying their needs and design preferences.
Conduct consultations to understand the clients’ requirements, timelines and preferred spend.
Create attractive and functional kitchen designs using kitchen design software.
Produce design presentations for your client, demonstrating the functionality and features of the kitchen and materials used within the design.
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for each client.
Actively convert design consultations into confirmed sales.
Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to order confirmation.
Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM systems to manage sales pipeline.
Key Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in kitchen sales as well as experience of kitchen design software (e.g., CAD, Winner, 2020 Design) a distinct advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills due to client facing nature of this role.
Strong organisational skills and ability to process work quickly.
A very strong attention to detail required to ensure you are delivering the best possible experience for your client.
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
