Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and stock management
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
• Ensure timely and efficient meal preparation and delivery
• Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and effectively

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility with working hours, including nights and weekends
