Role Overview

We are hiring a Kitchen Helper / Cook to join our first branch in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves helping in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Applicants do not need to be professional chefs — we value hands-on cooking experience and dedication to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cooking crispy pork, pancit, and other menu items
• Prepare ingredients and ensure all items are ready for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Follow standard recipes and food safety guidelines
• Assist with portioning and packing takeaway orders
• Support the team in daily kitchen operations

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen helper in restaurants, carinderia, or food stalls
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and frying techniques
• Willingness to learn Lutong King’s cooking process
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and punctual
• No culinary degree required — actual cooking experience is preferred

Compensation

• Salary range: ₱13,000 – ₱16,000/month (depending on experience)
• Meal allowance included
• Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand to more branches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
