Kitchen Staff/Cook

About the Role

Supports kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting chefs to ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
• Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Receive and store deliveries properly, checking for quality and freshness.
• Dispose of waste and handle cleaning tasks as assigned. Support kitchen staff and chefs during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Follow company policies, recipes, and portion control standards.

What We’re Looking For

• At least High School graduate (Culinary training or related experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
