We're seeking a dynamic and driven Business Manager to lead and inspire our team at Myer Melbourne Lancôme Counter. As a Lancôme Business Manager, you'll be at the forefront of representing one of the most prestigious beauty brands in the world. You'll be responsible for cultivating a luxurious and engaging customer experience while driving sales and exceeding business goals.

- Immerse clients in the world of Lancôme by providing exceptional customer service, personalized consultations, and expert product knowledge. Build lasting relationships and cultivate client loyalty
- Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving beauty landscape. Implement innovative marketing strategies, leverage digital platforms, and embrace new technologies to enhance the customer journey
- Embody the elegance and sophistication of Lancôme. Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and ensure the Lancôme brand image is consistently reflected in all aspects of the business
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of Lancôme products and values
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
