Land Development Coordinator

Overview
The Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various development projects. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design and project management principles, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.

Duties

  • Assist in the coordination of development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup to create detailed drawings and models for project proposals.
  • Conduct research using GIS and ArcGIS to support site analysis and planning efforts.
  • Prepare presentations and visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate project concepts effectively.
  • Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
  • Support project management activities by tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication among team members.

Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and CAD software for drafting and design purposes.
  • Familiarity with GIS and ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging presentations and visual content.
  • Knowledge of project management principles to assist in planning and executing development initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing to impactful development projects within a dynamic team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,911.00-$500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Location: In person
