Overview
The Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various development projects. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design and project management principles, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.
Duties
- Assist in the coordination of development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup to create detailed drawings and models for project proposals.
- Conduct research using GIS and ArcGIS to support site analysis and planning efforts.
- Prepare presentations and visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate project concepts effectively.
- Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication among team members.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and CAD software for drafting and design purposes.
- Familiarity with GIS and ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging presentations and visual content.
- Knowledge of project management principles to assist in planning and executing development initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,911.00-$500,000.00 per year
