Landscape And Grounds Maintenance Technicians/Foreman

Lawns & Beyond Landscape Solutions is seeking keen candidates to assist with the maintenance/construction of Residential and Commercial Landscaping. Duties include planting, mowing, pruning, weeding, raking, fertilizing, pest & disease identification & resolution, and other tasks as required.

Ideal applicants will have experience and be mature, energetic, enthusiastic team players with a strong commitment to customer service. You should have a highly developed work ethic and be looking for employment in a challenging and dynamic work atmosphere. The ideal candidate possesses the passion for working outdoors in all weather conditions, shows an interest in plants and landscaping and demonstrates attention to detail.

Wages commensurate with experience.

Experience Required: - Landscape maintenance experience preferred, however we will provide training to those new to the industry that show a willingness and desire to learn. - Applicants for supervisory positions must have a minimum of two years relevant experience. - Horticulture certificate an asset

Competencies: - Knowledge of methods & materials used in grounds and landscape work. - Working and safety knowledge of and ability to use hand, power tools & equipment. - Ability to operate trucks and light motorized equipment. - Physical strength, stamina, and agility. - Ability to follow oral and written directions. - Possession of a valid drivers license. - Reliable transportation - Mechanical aptitude. - Stamina and desire to work in all weather conditions.
