Landscape Crew Member – $23–$27/hr – Full-Time – Salem Area

Courtney’s Lawn & Landscape is hiring a full-time Landscape Crew Member for the 2026 season. We are an established, fast-paced landscaping company looking for someone who wants steady work and long-term growth.

Pay & Benefits:

• $23–$27 per hour based on experience
• $500 signing bonus (paid after 60 days)

Requirements:

• 1+ year landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Able to work 40+ hours per week during season
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
