Landscape Gardener Team Leader

At Daryn’s Garden Solutions, we take pride in keeping gardens looking their best all year round. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable gardener to lead and join our team, helping to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

As a gardener, you’ll be responsible for a range of general gardening tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, and maintaining lawns and garden beds. You’ll ensure every job is completed to a high standard, with care and attention to detail.

You’ll also use and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely, identify plant health issues such as pests or diseases, and assist with landscaping projects when required. As a Team Leader, you will oversee and manage a team of gardeners.

To succeed in this role, you should enjoy working outdoors in all weather, have good practical gardening knowledge, and take pride in delivering neat, professional results. Being dependable, friendly, and able to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
