Landscape Labourer

Convenience Crew Lawn & Garden is looking to hire landscape labourers for the upcoming season!

If you're an energetic individual who loves working with nature, and helping create lasting beauty, this might be a great fit for you.

Duties include:

• Cutting grass
• Planting trees, shrubs, and various plants
• Spreading mulch, soil, stone, and other landscape materials
• Weeding, trimming, and various garden maintenance activities as required

This job is not specific to any gender or group, candidates will need the following capabilities:

• Experience with lawn care ie. fertilizing, aeration, mowing/trimming is an asset but not mandatory
• Previous landscaping experience is an asset but not mandatory
• Lifting loads of 40+ pounds
• A valid Newfoundland & Labrador government issued driver's license
• Communication skills for working in teams and interacting with customers

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• St. John's, NL A1B 2C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
