Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who can lead from the front, hold a team accountable, and get properties serviced efficiently and correctly the first time.

If you need constant direction, this is not the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew daily
• Ensure properties are serviced to company standards
• Assign tasks and keep crew productive throughout the day
• Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Communicate with management on job progress and site conditions
• Train and develop crew members
• Maintain truck, trailer, and equipment organization

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in landscape maintenance (crew leader preferred)
• Valid drivers license (clean driving record preferred)
• Ability to drive truck & trailer
• Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must show up on time, ready to work
