Our team of specialists includes cabinet makers, interior designers, architects, and landscapers who work together to create beautiful and functional living environments for our clients.

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Landscaper/Gardener to join our residential project team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in soft and hard landscaping, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out soft and hard landscaping for residential properties
• Planting, turf laying, mulching, pruning, and general garden maintenance
• Build and install garden features such as decks, fencing, edging, and paving
• Operate landscaping equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, diggers)
• Interpret garden/landscape plans and follow layout instructions
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work sites
• Liaise with project managers and clients as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping or gardening experience
• Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Experience with basic tools and machinery used in landscaping
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Valid NZ driver’s license

Preferred but Not Essential

• Formal qualification in horticulture, landscaping, or related field
• Experience in working on premium residential landscaping projects
• Familiarity with New Zealand native plants and garden aesthetics
