Law Clerk/Paralegal

Defense litigation firm seeks law clerk with experience in preparing pleadings and discovery, motions, trial preparation, medical record review and summary, preparing subpoenas, deposition notices and managing files. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and understand civil discovery, law and motion and pre-trial deadlines. Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
