Law Searcher/Admin Assistant

Description


The role of the Law Searcher/Admin Assistant will be part of a team where you will be tasked with carrying out searches and providing reports to clients. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and strong organisation skills which they will utilise to meet strict deadlines.


Key Responsibilities


  • Accurately carry out conveyance and debt searches for our clients in the legal and financial sector
  • Managing multiple tasks covering a broad range of law searching and administration duties
  • Searching registers both manually and online I.e. judgment, bankruptcy, planning Registry of Deeds and Land Registry
  • Managing a high volume of client inquiries with accuracy by telephone and email, adhering to strict deadlines in line with our clients SLA’s.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and submit reports.
  • Manage queries and complaints – speed/quality of resolution
  • Correspondence with customers and clients effectively and efficiently via email and telephone.
  • Searching online at Registry of Deeds, Land Registry, Judgments, Bankruptcies (full training will be provided).
  • Compiling and issuing reports based upon search results.
  • Some out of office work attending the Central Office of the High Court, Planning Department and Registry of Deeds.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Can self-manage and display a high level of organisation.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage/prioritise workflow to meet strict deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to work on-site from our Dublin office 4 days a week.
