Role Description – Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

TnT Premier Landscape is seeking motivated, experienced, and growth-minded individuals to join our growing team as Lawn Maintenance Crew Members. This role is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality lawn and landscape maintenance services that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Conduct plant bed maintenance including shrub trimming, mulching, and seasonal flower planting
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment including push mowers, riding mowers, edgers, string trimmers, and blowers
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Adhere to all company safety and quality standards
• Perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, humidity, rain, sun)
• Commit to working full days (up to 10 hours), Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• General knowledge of lawn and landscape maintenance practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to operate landscape tools and equipment safely and effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
