Our Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity within our global Commercial team.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive business improvements by optimising processes aligned with our commercial transformation roadmap. Evaluate and implement technology solutions, lead regional initiatives, and deliver value-adding change services across Supply Chain and Sales& Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement global improvement initiatives tailored to regional Supply Chain and Commercial requirements.
- Support the regional team by offering services such as training development, process documentation, and organisational change management.
- Execute change champion duties as required by the Center-of-Excellence and Business Improvement team for specific initiatives, processes, technology, and data changes
- Provide functional leadership to regional Supply Chain analysts and indirect project team members, managing, coaching, and mentoring to ensure alignment with strategy and standards.
- Analyse data to identify trends and deliver insights to enhance supply chain performance.
- Lead all approved Commercial projects for the region, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes with minimal risks, using the global Center-of-Excellence and Business Improvement framework.

About You
We are seeking a driven leader with extensive experience in business process governance with hands-on involvement in process improvement, project management, and change management initiatives. Industry expertise in mining, construction, oil, gas, or other heavy asset-intensive sectors, demonstrating familiarity with their unique challenges is highly desirable.
Key skills of interest to us include:
- Strong ability to collaborate across functions, facilitating communication and teamwork in complex organizational structures.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and technology evaluation, including expertise with ERP system SAP, e-platform Ariba, and analytical tools.
- Experience in commercial technology evaluation, identifying and implementing solutions that align with business goals.
- Expertise in change management, driving organisational transformation while ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels.
- Proven skills in training material development and delivery, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to diverse teams.
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
