Lead Conversion & Scheduling Specialist

Role Overview

The Lead Conversion & Scheduling Specialist manages inbound and outbound leads, engages prospects, and converts qualified leads into appointments, demos, or customers. This role ensures timely communication, maximizes conversion rates, and supports a smooth handoff to the sales or service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM tools
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, intent, and readiness
• Present products or services clearly and persuasively
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments, demos, or sales
• Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings, or consultations with the relevant team
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to increase conversions
• Maintain accurate lead records and updates in the CRM
• Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information
• Ensure timely follow-ups to prevent lead drop-off
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless handovers

• Experience in lead management, sales, or customer engagement (preferred)
