The role of a Lead Generation Specialist for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is pivotal in building a robust sales pipeline and fostering business growth. This position demands exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive approach to prospecting and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Actively identify and engage potential clients, assessing their needs to determine suitability for MSP services.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to facilitate the scheduling of meetings between them and the MSP.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of three years in a sales role, with formal sales training and experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with comfort in engaging with clients at a business level to understand their current and historical issues related to business and technology.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The position we are offering is a full-time, onsite role located at the Business Center, 18 Philexcel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
