Are you an experienced housekeeper looking to take the next step in your career? Our charming senior living community is looking for a Part-Time Lead Housekeeper to join and guide our housekeeping team.

In this key role, you’ll ensure our residents enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment while helping to coordinate and support the daily operations of the housekeeping department.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and assist with the cleaning of resident apartments (weekly) and common areas (daily)
• Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping staff
• Help develop and maintain cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and assist with ordering as needed
• Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A kind and compassionate attitude with a heart for serving seniors
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• strong attendance

**18 /hour DOE **THE MORE EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING THE HIGHER THE STARTING SALARY but we are willing to train on the job - even if you are in school!!

Home Care aid certification is NOT needed but always a plus. If you are interested we can help with on the job training and get you through the process!!

This position usually has a set schedule but can change if needed. We will negotiate the wage range depending on experience, certification and training.

• Previous experience with seniors a plus!!
• Pass Fingerprint & Background Checks
• Ability to work as a team member.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour DOE
