As a Lead Recruiter based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in managing our Early Careers attraction program for both young talents and management associates. You'll be responsible for organizing hiring events, reducing our reliance on external recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working independently, you'll collaborate with remote teams and build relationships with local talent to meet our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for early career, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, career centers, and external partners to create a consistent pipeline of fresh graduate and entry-level talent.
  • Drive creative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • Oversee and execute high-volume hiring for various positions, ensuring an efficient and candidate-friendly process.
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support the implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top early-career talent.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on early career and ideally volume hiring
  • Holds established relationships and network with universities, career centers, and external partners
  • Ability to assess and engage early-career talent for long-term potential, ideally through automation and assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple roles at once.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for talent acquisition.
