Lead Warehouse Associate - Richmond, Ca

PAY: $23 to $24/hr + $300 Monthly BONUS potential [based on performance]
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7am - 3:30 pm

Your Qualifications:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in customer service and/or warehouse related position(s)
• 1 - 2 + years leading a Warehouse team
• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal format
• Basic math skills to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and to convert decimals and fractions.
• Working knowledge of MS Office [Word, Outlook, and Excel]
• 1 + years experience with CRM or other database software (ServiceTitan is used here) for inventory tracking
• Valid and active State Driver's License [You will be driving a small box truck on a regular basis to deliver, pick-up or assist]
• Forklift operation certification (OR ability to become forklift certified)
• High School Diploma or GED

What duties to Expect:

• Oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, including parts ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution activities that keep our Techs ready for their daily installations
• Moving tanks and parts around the warehouse
• Perform monthly tank inventories and daily cycle counts
• Data entry – creating purchase orders, processing returns and exchanges, applying for / processing / receiving permits as required
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on stock, equipment and facilities
• Assist installation technicians as “2nd Person” as required
• Participate in safety teams as needed
• Other warehouse duties as they apply

This position is located in our BAY area warehouse located in Richmond, CA. You must have a valid driver's license, have an insurable driving record, and successfully pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
