About the role:
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, the Learning & Development Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering strategic learning programs and project outcomes across Cater Care. This dynamic role involves coordinating logistics, managing resources, engaging with participants, and supporting the successful execution of learning projects.
You’ll also play a key role in designing and delivering impactful training sessions, maintaining the company’s learning calendar, and providing insightful reporting to drive continuous improvement.
What the role involves:
Organise and oversee logistics for learning programs
Assist in planning, executing, and tracking learning projects using project management tools
Deliver or co-facilitate small group training sessions on agreed topics
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging materials that align with Cater Care’s brand
Work with e-learning partners to implement modules and monitor progress
Maintain professional and timely communication with program participants and stakeholders
Track participation, gather feedback, and prepare detailed monthly reports with actionable insights
Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications or certificates in Learning, Business, or Administration (or willingness to complete)
Previous experience in a Learning & Development team or similar role
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis is an advantage
Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
A continuous improvement mindset
