Leasing Consultant - Floating

Community Realty Company, Inc (CRC) is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to join the team!

The Leasing Consultant will assist with the efficient operation of leasing/resident retention activities and events under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Regional Property Manager.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• leasing apartment homes
• social and digital media
• working with future and current residents
• assuring that all phone and e-mail leads are responded to promptly
• performing outreach marketing
• ensuring that all lease paperwork is completed in an acceptable manner
• performing administrative tasks related to leasing and resident retention
• executing resident activity events
• providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the achievement of team goals for the community
• You should demonstrate the following: superior sales and communication skills (written & verbal), top notch customer service, social media skills, excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.

Requirements: A minimum 1 year of leasing experience is requested. Additionally, candidates with Yardi experience are preferred.

In addition to weekdays, the position may require weekend coverage and travel to more than one property as needed. A full complement of benefits are included for full time positions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

• property leasing: 1 year (Required)
