We are currently looking for a:

Legal Counsel

to join our team in Delft.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independently first-line legal support for questions of internal TTH customers on basic contracting (like NDA’s / MTA’s / General conditions of Sale/ amendments to existing contracts / termination letters).
• Advise internal TTH customers to select relevant contract template.
• Perform independently review of basic contracts (via AI-tool) and assist / join in negotiation and/or drafting of such contracts.
• Capable to distinguish complicated matters assuring involvement or referral to (senior) legal director.
• Provide corporate housekeeping support to centrally based expert while maintaining data in group digital corporate housekeeping system (Diligent) for the legal entities within the TTH Business Unit of dsm-firmenich.
• Support (senior) legal director on complicated matters (e.g. preparing, amending, and reviewing contracts, corporate legal documents, perform legal research).
• Act as co-key user of digital legal systems with possibility to participate in developing a global group wide legal working mode .

• Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 70,000 to € 86,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (HBO Law or equivalent).
• Strong ability to provide accurate legal contracting support with a business-oriented mindset, identifying key legal issues and distinguishing them from secondary matters.
• Genuine interest in the international food industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and experience with contract management systems.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
