Role: Lettings Negotiator

Client: Leading PRS Management Company

Essentials: 2+ years of Residential Lettings experience, PSRA License, Full Driving License

Location: Dublin based office & developments

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000

Package: Bonus, commission, pension plan, mileage, onsite parking and more

Progression: Our client loves to promote internally, there is no set timelines but they always reward diligent employees

Reporting to: Director

We are working with a steadily and continuously growing PRS Management firm who pride themselves on being there when needed by clients and tenants and maintaining a high-level of service no matter the situation. They enjoy regular team activities and bonding throughout the year which has resulted in high-retention and allowed them to continue the great work they do.

This role is perfect for a Lettings Negotiator with at least 2 years of experience who is looking to continue their growth and gain more experience at one of the top Real Estate firms in Dublin. You'll be part of a large Lettings team who lease a couple of thousand units throughout Dublin.
