Job Description

Thecustomer servicerepresentativewill organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.The customer service representative isresponsible forstreamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Salary: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provideexceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
• Personality Test Required for consideration.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
