Livestream Host Team Leader

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage stress effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to improving accounts and achieving team goals of Tiktok. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and improve account management.
• Maintain a well-organized work environment to enhance productivity.
• Demonstrate resilience under pressure while effectively handling multiple tasks and challenges.
• Manage diverse personalities and resolve conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and managers to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a leadership role as Livestream Host Team Leader / Live seller Team Leader.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate various interpersonal dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage stress and remain composed in challenging situations.
• A proactive and motivated attitude toward achieving goals and enhancing team success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
