Loan Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
• Open to fresh graduates; experience in loan or credit review (minimum of six months) is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate data checking and thorough document reviews
• Responsible, dependable, and upholds strong ethical standards
• Proficient in using computer software and applications
• Must be willing to work in Pasig City

Main Duties

• Ensure that loan applications, Credit Approval Memorandums (CAM), and required supporting documents are complete
• Validate loan information, CAMs, and document authenticity by interviewing borrowers, co-borrowers, and references, as well as checking trade, banking, employment, and credit histories
• Submit verified CAMs and reports to the Credit Review Supervisor for assessment
• Review borrowers’ repayment history with other lenders or financial institutions
• Update account statuses and coordinate with the Branch or Marketing teams to request additional documents when needed
• Prepare reports for any inconsistencies found between borrower-submitted information and CAM details
• Follow up on incomplete loan applications to secure missing documentation
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
