JOB SUMMARY: Loans Supervisor is under the general supervision of the Branch Operations Officer and is directly responsible in the effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the accomplishment of the following key result areas :

a. KRA 1 Loans Unit Operating Efficiency

b. KRA 2 Loans Process Efficiency

c. KRA 3 Financial Risk Mgt.

d. KRA 4 Member Relations Mgt.

e. KRA 5 Regulatory Compliance

f. KRA 6 Business Planning

g. KRA 7 Policy Review and Recommendations

h. KRA 8 Submission of Management Reports to Branch Operations Officer and Records/Data Base Management (completeness, reliability, security of loans records/data base)

i. KRA 9 Employee Development and Discipline - All Loans Staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
