Key Job Roles

• Undertake long haul deliveries from Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Brisbane
• Conduct local deliveries within the Sydney area
• Pack orders for deliveries and pick-ups, including loading the van for long haul runs
• Organise deliveries using a truck, van, ute, or car as required
• Communicate with customers via text and phone calls regarding delivery details
• Take photos of deliveries and inspect products upon delivery
• Upload photos and delivery details into the company's software system
• Perform tasks as required by the store manager, including running errands, picking up products from suppliers, and conducting stock counts

The Successful Applicant Will Have

• A valid driver's licence and eligibility to drive in Australia
• Ability to lift and handle heavy items independently, including baths, vanities, and boxes of large tiles (training provided)
• High self-motivation and willingness to learn and adapt
• A mature approach to working autonomously while also being a team player and taking direction
• Solutions-based thinking with demonstrated problem-solving ability
• A clear understanding of our vision and mission and qualities that align with our values

Advantageous Skills and Experience (Not Necessary)

• Experience in warehousing and/or delivery roles
• Experience driving small trucks, vans, and utes, particularly manual transmission
