Safe N Sound has been in business since 1998. We operate in 10 states and specialize in new construction low voltage wiring, residential smart home equipment, security/burglar alarm, audio and video. We also have a commercial segment, providing commercial solutions for surveillance, access control, burglar alarm, and audio. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including alarm systems, surveillance equipment, structured wiring, and telecommunications equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with low voltage systems
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific low voltage system needs
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding low voltage systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, such as the National Electrical Code
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking principles
- Experience in alarm system sales or locksmithing is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Must pass background check for security clearances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends are rare and typically voluntary, but we ask that you remain available to cover two Saturdays per month, as needed. We do not work Sundays.

Work Location: Area of coverage will primarily be NE Ohio, but you may be asked to help in other locations to cover vacation or a call off.
