We are seeking an experienced Luxury Home Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of high-end residential projects valued between $5 million and $50 million. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver exceptional custom homes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of luxury home construction projects, from concept to completion.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure vision alignment and design integrity.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain quality and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects with budgets of $5 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and luxury finishes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
