About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented M&A Analyst to support our client engagements in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong research, financial modeling, and deal execution experience, particularly in private equity, venture capital, or cross-border investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Track and analyze private equity and venture capital funds, portfolio companies, and funding rounds.
• Perform financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analyses to support deal structuring.
• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and presenting investment opportunities to clients.
• Draft and review transaction-related documents such as LOIs, CIMs, and pitch materials.
• Support due diligence processes and ensure accuracy of data in Data Rooms.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, brokers, and cross-functional teams to facilitate deal execution.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support strategic investment decisions.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related roles.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Hands-on experience with research tools such as FactSet, PitchBook, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other relevant analytics or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with deal sourcing, transaction structuring, and due diligence processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients professionally.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
