2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Positions
Pay Range: $19.35–$21.50 per hour

We are currently seeking reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a stable and growing company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in supporting our production goals by operating and maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient manufacturing of weather stripping and specialty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues, escalating as needed
• Accurately document machine performance, downtime, and maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or TASC preferred
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required – training will be provided for qualified candidates
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move for extended periods, and work in a moderately loud environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
